Not that I’m really in trouble but, sometimes doing stuff for school just alters your few about your time in the US. Little „problems“ in class seem so big. But when you go downtown you become aware again of all the stuff besides grades that affect you and your live, especiall during this special year.<\/p>\n
I went to the Oriental Institute to analyze some artifacts for a project in humanities. After 3 hours in there I decided to spent the rest of the day strolling round Hyde Park distirict and enjoy good food and wonderful weather. I love it! It made me feel independent.<\/p>\n
Wie die meisten von euch wissen: Ich liebe Gro\u00dfst\u00e4dte. Und heute war mal wieder ein Tag an dem ich nach Chicago reinfahren konnte und dieses wunderbare belebende Gef\u00fchl der Stadt genie\u00dfen konnte. Das Wetter war wunderbar. Obwohl Chicago the „Windy City“ ist, war der Wind heute extrem mild und angenehm. Nachdem ich im Oriental Insitut f\u00fcr meine Geisteswissenschaftsklasse eine Analyse \u00fcber die \u00dcberbleibsel von Syrischer und \u00c4gyptischer „Kunst“ geschrieben habe, habe ich die Zeit genutzt Hyde Park zu erkunden und einfach den Flow der City nachzugehen. Ich habe ein paar kleine Restaurants gefunden, die ich in dem Jahr unbedingt mal besuchen m\u00f6chte. Eines davon hat mich schon gekriegt mit seinem veganen Chili und den veganen Burgern (auch, wenn ich jetzt wei\u00df, dass ich Tempeh nicht so mag). Auch dieses mal wurde ich wieder f\u00fcr eine Osteurop\u00e4erin gehalten und auch dieses mal bin ich wieder auf nette Menschen getroffen, wie der Busfahrer der mich nicht f\u00fcr mein Ticket zahlen lassen wollte, weil es nur eine Fahrt war. Wunderbar.<\/p>\n

Wer mal Zeit hat sollte sich unbedingt mal die Universit\u00e4tsgegend ansehen. Dort stehen mal wirklich \u00e4ltere Geb\u00e4ude und die Aufmachung an sich ist einfach sch\u00f6n! Au\u00dferdem ist das Science Museum auch in der N\u00e4he UUUND Strand!<\/p>\n
