I love HACC’s student trips!
Some weeks ago, we went to the notorious Aquarium in Baltimore with the International students.
Admiring sharks, see stars, rays and sea horses touching jelly fish, waiting for ales to light up and being in the wild with birds and monkeys
It was amazing and very impressive!!
Afterwards we went shopping and had Mexican lunch at Chipotles (actually not pronounced tschipotl but tschipotley!)

HERSHEY PARK!!
This fun park is simply amazing!
There are awesome roller coasters with never ending loops, riding backwards, up and down in 90 degrees, rush downhill at 75mph (120km/h!) after climbing up 200 feet (60m) into the air (Skyrush), …
Also, chocolate world is not far! 😉
I also went to an “Octoberfest” from York College.
It was actually for alumnis but my hosts brought me and none of us had to pay hoehoe*
The cool things were:
- Huepfburgen, Corn Hole competitions, ping pong tables, live Band, nice guys
The German things were:
- Sauerkraut *YAAAY*, Kartoffelpuerree (nice!) and some good pork
But it was a lot of fun even though it had not much to do with the Octoberfest. But you should not take all things woertlich here 🙂
