Quiet family dinner, painting eggs, traditional church service..
That’s how Easter looks like for some families.
Well, not for me!
On Saturday morning, Giules, Matt and I helped out at the Egg Hunt Event @ HACC, which was fun! We helped cute little kids fulfilling their dream of a #SaturdaySugarShock by decorating Cookies with as much colorful icing as possible!
The egg hunt was more a “collect as many plastic eggs as possible” on the lawn than a search, but the kids and families had fun! An guitar after-party with Justin was of course necessary!
After grocery shopping and the wasted search for Fresh/wet yeast (however that’s called here), Matt and I created our own
version of Laugen-brezel-(stueckchen)! The Lauge was pretty tricky, the perfectly shaped Brezel didn’t want to stay in shape in there.. But they were pretty good! (It’s not about the look!) New girl, dough funerals and fights, guitar jam, cantaloupe and ice cream durften natuerlich nicht fehlen!
First time having & using my selfie stick btw!
Asian Easter Sunday!
Olha, Han and I went to a tiny, stuffed Asian shop where the shampoo is next to dried dates, instant noodles and crab chips, the naked chicken waves to you and mussles cry to be bought! We bought
groceries there for our Asian Easter dinner, tried excotic and exciting snacks & prepared great Egg/Spring Rolls !
